The expansion spans eight areas. August 24, 2026- ETFGI, reports Active ETF Assets Reach Record US$ 2.59 Trillion as Industry Posts Highest-Ever YTD Inflows of US$ 590 Billion at end July. During July the actively managed ETFs industry globally gathered net inflows of $89.58 billion, bringing year-to-date net inflows to a record $590.46 billion, according to ETFGI's July 2026 Active ETF and ETP industry landscape insights report, an annual paid-for research subscription service.

August 22, 2026-The U.S. national debt has surpassed $40 trillion, reaching a record level in August 2026. Against this backdrop, foreign holdings of U.S. Treasury securities stood at $9.29 trillion as of June 2026, with Japan, the UK, and China remaining the largest foreign holders even as exposure across major holders shifted significantly.
