Key figures SIX Swiss Exchange: March 2018
April 3, 2018--March saw a high level of activity on SIX Swiss Exchange. Trading turnover was up by 1.8% on the prior month to CHF 125.9 billion, equating to an average turnover of CHF 6.0 billion per trading day. There was also an increase in the number of transactions, which climbed by 1.1% to 5,549,702.
No less than three companies brought listings to the market in a space of just four working days, which marked the highest frequency of listings on the Swiss stock exchange since 2006. The listing of ASMALLWORLD took place on the 20th of the month, followed by Sensirion on 22 and Medartis on 23 March.

The Spanish exchange traded EURO 49.2 billion in March
April 3, 2018--The Spanish Exchange traded €49.2 billion in Equities in March, up 5.8% from the preceding month and down 15.4% year-on-year as in March 2017 several companies were listed on the market, i.e. Prosegur and Neinor Homes, thus increasing volumes that month.
The number of trades in March came in at 3.82 million, which brings a total 12.48 million trades for the first three months of the year.

S&P Dow Jones Indices Index Dashboard: Europe March 2018
March 30, 2018--Summary
European equity markets suffered this month and this quarter as surging volatility weighed on returns. The S&P Europe 350 fell 1.85% in March, completing a 4.18% drop for the quarter.
As might be expected, the more defensive strategies and market segments outperformed. Among S&P Europe 350 sectors, Consumer Discretionary led this quarter. Among equity strategies, Enhanced Value, Quality and Low Volatility were the leaders, outperforming to the tune of 4.06%, 1.50% and 1.43%, respectively, so far this year.

New iShares ETF focussed on inflation-linked US government bonds launched on Xetra
March 29, 2018--A new exchange traded fund issued by iShares has been tradable on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt since Thursday.
The bond index ETF enables investors to participate in the performance of US dollar-denominated US Treasury inflation-protected securities (TIPS).
The nominal amount of inflation-protected bonds is protected from changes in inflation. The bonds in the index must have a remaining term of at least one year and a minimum amount outstanding of US$500 million. This ETF unit class uses a monthly hedging strategy to hedge the exchange rate risk between the US dollar and the euro.

29. Mrz 2018--Seit Donnerstag ist ein neuer Exchange Traded Fund des Emittenten iShares über Xetra und Börse Frankfurt handelbar.
Mit dem Rentenindex-ETF können Anleger an der Wertentwicklung von auf US-Dollar lautenden, inflationsgeschützten Anleihen des US-Schatzamtes (US TIPS) partizipieren.
Inflationsgeschützte Anleihen zeichnen sich durch einen vor der Inflation geschützten Nennbetrag aus. Die betreffenden Anleihen müssen eine Restlaufzeit von mindestens einem Jahr sowie einen ausstehenden Mindestbeitrag von 500 Millionen US-Dollar aufweisen. Zur Absicherung des Wechselkursrisikos zwischen US-Dollar und Euro verwendet diese ETF-Anteilsklasse eine monatliche Absicherungsstrategie.

Two new Xtrackers ETFs focussed on high dividend companies launched on Xetra
March 29, 2018--Two new exchange traded funds issued by Deutsche Asset Management have been tradable on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt since Thursday.
The two new equity index ETFs enable investors to participate in the performance of stock corporations with high dividend yields.
The Xtrackers Morningstar US Quality Dividend UCITS ETF 1D is invested in 75 US stock corporations that meet pre-defined quality criteria based on their key financial figures, and that have paid out particularly high dividends in the past 12 months.
The Xtrackers MSCI World High Dividend Yield UCITS ETF 1D gives investors access to large and medium-sized companies from 23 industrialised countries that guarantee high dividend yields for the long term.
