The Nasdaq Stock Market(R) Welcomes Five New ETPs in May
First Trust, Bullmark and Global X Select Nasdaq as Primary Venue for New ETF Listings
June 14, 2016--Nasdaq (Nasdaq:NDAQ), the single largest U.S. equity exchange by market share, announced five new exchange-traded product (ETP) listings in May, growing the company's total ETP listings to 264.
Three of these new listings include thematic ETFs, which are becoming increasingly popular since they provide immediate access to a basket of securities tracking a current trend.

ETFGI reports ETFs/ETPs in Europe gathered 2.68 billion US dollars in net new assets in May 2016
June 13, 2016-ETFGI the leading independent research and consultancy firm on trends in the global ETF/ETP ecosystem, today reported ETFGI reports ETFs/ETPs in Europe gathered US$2.68 billion in net new assets in May marking 20 consecutive months of positive net inflows, according to preliminary data from ETFGI's May 2016 global ETF and ETP industry insights report.
Record levels of assets invested in ETFs/ETPs were reached at the end of May for ETFs/ETPs listed globally at US$3.143 trillion, in the United States at US$2.229 trillion and in Japan which reached US$147 billion.

ProShares Announces ETF Reverse Share Split
June 10, 2016--ProShares, the largest provider of geared ETFs,1 announced today a 1:2 reverse split on ProShares Short S&P 500 (SH).
SH is the largest geared fund in the United States with approximately $3 billion in assets.2 The fund has an average daily volume of about 7 million shares.

Janus Capital Launches Four Thematic ETFs
